Hogpro Warranty Information
Limited Warranty: Chrome plating on Hogpro products is warranted for five years from the original purchase date (starting 05/01/2012). Orders prior to 05/01/2012 have a two year limited warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original retail purchaser. The warranty registration form must be completed and returned within 90 days of original invoice date, along with a copy of your invoice, to Hogpro for the warranty to be honored. Products must be returned for inspection and determination of repair, replacement, or credit at Hogpro’s discretion. Please contact our company at 818-886-6545 for a return authorization. Products will not be accepted for review if they are received without a return authorization. Wheels will not be accepted with tires, rotors, sprockets, or belt pulleys mounted unless Hogpro mounted or assembled these items. The customer is responsible for shipping charges (both to Hogpro and back to sender) associated with returning product to Hogpro for warranty inspection. No credit will be issued for labor or any other cost incurred beyond the original purchase price of the part(s).
Warranty Exclusions: The condition and appearance of chrome plating is largely dependent on user care and maintenance. Products should be maintained properly by cleaning with mild soap and water, and waxing with a high quality carnauba wax. Small flaws and or marks do not constitute a flawed product and are not covered by warranty. Corrosion defects due to salt spray in beach and snow areas, corrosive chemicals, improper care or cleaning are not covered under warranty. The following are not covered by warranty:
#1 Any items which have been subject to misuse, negligence, racing, improper installation, collision or damage from wheel weights.
#2 Damage to the surface finish of the wheel or accessory as a result from stone chips or similar road hazard.
#3 Damage to the surface finish of the wheel or accessory as a result of the use of polish, abrasives or rubbing compound or the use of acid based cleaners.
#4 Any wheel or accessory installed on a vehicle other than a vehicle in which it was designed for.
#5 Any wheel or accessory that has been repaired or altered by a party other than Hogpro.
#6 Corrosion or defects not resulting from manufacturing defects in workmanship or material.
# 7 Damage due to off-road or unlawful operation.
Non-Warranty Products: Brake rotors, belt pulleys, chain sprockets, and wheel bearings are considered wear items and are covered for the first 6 months after date of purchase.
